Product Description
It adopts a jointly developed and exclusive printed winding process, and achieves μA-level ultra-low power consumption and nV-level noise suppression through innovative shielding structure and electromagnetic coupling optimization technology. With a compact outer diameter design of Φ65mm-325mm, it exhibits excellent performance in space-constrained scenarios such as semiconductor lithography machines and high-precision turntables, with a typical resolution of 0.36 arc seconds (equivalent to one ten thousandth of a degree). It supports multi-pole logarithmic customized design, can accurately match the requirements of different torque/speed working conditions, and provides zero backlash angle feedback solutions for CNC machine tools, articulated arms and other equipment.
